ChannelManagingScorePlayer
A ChannelManagingScorePlayer has exactly the same methods as a ScorePlayer, and behaves the same way,
except that while a ScorePlayer simply uses the virtual channel
numbers as the physical channel numbers, ChannelManagingScorePlayer
remaps the channels by using a ChannelManager to find the least-used
channels.
